• Contact data of clients and prospective clients: for the duration of the professional relationship and up to 6 years after its end, in line with applicable limitation periods.
• Anonymised browsing data: maximum 14 months.

Data is not shared with third parties, except:

• Technology service providers acting as data processors under contract with GDPR-equivalent guarantees (hosting, form management, analytics).
• Public authorities when required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site with reasonable prior notice.
