We do not process special categories of data beyond the administrative status voluntarily disclosed by the individual for advisory purposes.
3. Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications and processing data submitted through forms.
- Pre-contractual relationship (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to assess the case and respond to service enquiries.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for anonymous statistical analysis and site improvement.
4. Retention periods
- Contact data of clients and prospective clients: for the duration of the professional relationship and up to 6 years after its end, in line with applicable limitation periods.
- Anonymised browsing data: maximum 14 months.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties, except:
- Technology service providers acting as data processors under contract with GDPR-equivalent guarantees (hosting, form management, analytics).
- Public authorities when required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure where data is no longer necessary for the original purpose.
- Restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Objection to processing based on your particular situation.
- Data portability in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
To exercise these rights, send a written request to info@regularizaesp.com with a copy of your identity document. We will respond within one month (extendable by two further months where necessary).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD — www.aepd.es .
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
8. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated through the site with reasonable prior notice.
